Current Projects
Client: Segue Resources
Location: Northern Cape, South Africa
Status: Current
RSV has been appointed by Segue Resources to conduct a detailed Geological and Mineral Resource Study at the PFS and DFS levels, which must be JORC compliant. Currently, the Emang Project has been evaluated as having only inferred resources, which is inadequate to support investor confidence. For this reason, further drilling campaigns were implemented in 2013.
RSV has been mandated to manage the siting of the drillholes to ensure that maximum value is derived in order to increase confidence in the resource estimates.
Client: Royal Bafokeng Platinum via TWP

RBPlats is in the process of developing a twin-shaft system at the Styldrift Mine, which would exploit one of the last major Merensky mining blocks on the Western Bushveld Complex in South Africa. First production is expected by 2017 and during steady state operations, the project is expected to produce some 230 000 ounces of platinum.
