At RSV, Project Management is implemented in accordance with the guidelines of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Our definition of Project Management is: The application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed stakeholder’s needs and expectations from a project.

We achieve Project Management success by creating an environment which is goal orientated, flexible and responsive and which interacts with all project stakeholders and disciplines.

Our Project Management Techniques are applied to all phases of project development, i.e. Concept, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility through to Implementation Phase and include consideration of the typical project lifecycle – project initiation, implementation and close-out.

RSV’s Project Support Office (PSO) is an integrated component of our organisational structure, created in order to promote and improve all facets of project management services. We achieve this goal by adopting the appropriate project management methodologies, processes and systems to achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in the various areas of project control i.e. Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder management.
