At RSV we believe that all projects contain risks and we therefore start each project by asking ourselves what our client’s main objectives are. Based on our research, we develop comprehensive risk management processes before the project commences.

This includes identifying risks, evaluating risks, implementing a risk mitigation and response plan, continuous management, and review of the plan based on new information. Our risk management procedures are strengthened through the use of high level review teams that consist of experienced team members from mine management, operations, projects and construction teams.
