RSV USA Consulting Incorporated was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Read, Swatman and Voigt (Pty) Ltd. – based in Johannesburg, South Africa – as an entry point to the North American mining industry.

RSV USA is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration to provide engineering services in mechanical, electrical and civil engineering disciplines. In March 2010, a branch office was registered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

RSV USA’s niche is to provide engineering and consultancy services for all aspects of vertical shafts and has the capability and capacity to provide services from small scoping studies through to detailed design of complete shaft systems, including EPCM projects.
